Chapter 4 · 4.12
Printing and saving as PDF
Watch it in a short video
Printing
- Click the printer button at the top left, or press Ctrl + P (on Mac Cmd + P). You can also go to File and then Print.
- Euro-Office creates a printable version of your document and opens your browser's print window.
- Choose your printer, the pages and the number of copies, and click Print.
The print window comes from your browser, so it looks slightly different in Chrome, Edge, Firefox and Safari. Nothing opening? Check whether your browser has blocked a pop-up and allow pop-ups for your WebOké Cloud.
Saving as PDF
A PDF looks the same on every computer and phone, and the recipient can't easily change it. That makes PDF ideal for sending a quote, letter or invoice.
- Click File and then Download as.
- Choose PDF. The file ends up in the Downloads folder on your computer.

Would you rather keep the PDF in your Nextcloud? Then choose File and Save copy as, choose PDF and the folder in your Nextcloud. The original document stays editable as normal.
Tip: choose PDF/A if you want to keep the document for a long time, for example for your records. That's a PDF format specially made for archiving.
